Ralph Hofman

Ralph Hofman (1968) has worked on the organization of IT since 1995. He specializes in IT strategy, software development, outsourcing and offshoring and has a good reputation among large organizations and complex projects in these specific areas. Ralph holds a master degree in Computer Science of the University of Twente. He was Manager of Methods & Tools and held other positions in the ING Group in the Netherlands. As Manager of Methods & Tools he was responsible for improving and maintaining all internal processes within ING Bank ICT. Ralph then moved to Select Business Solutions as Manager of Services Benelux, and led various international consultancy projects oriented to improving software development for large organizations. Ralph was a principal consultant at Quint Wellington Redwood and Country Manager for the Netherlands. Ralph is much in demand as a speaker, publicist and day chairman in IT strategy, outsourcing and offshoring. Ralph is a partner in BlinkLane, and his main responsibilities are in IT strategy, application outsourcing and offshoring. |
Han Driessen

Han Driessen (1968) gained his MBA from the TIAS Business School. His career started at an IT service provider, where he progressed through various disciplines and acquired knowledge of best practices in IT management and organization. After supplementary studies and educational programmes on marketing and sales, he became strategic account director at GartnerGroup, where he had worldwide responsibility for several major strategic customers in the financial sector. After moving to Quint Wellington Redwood, Han was ultimately responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Quint’s home market, the Benelux. The focus of his work at Quint moved progressively towards the financial sector and combined commercial responsibility with technical consultancy in the market. He has advised many major national and international companies on IT and organization. Han has been a partner in BlinkLane Consulting since 2007 and his responsibilities are on the interface between strategy, sourcing and shared services. |
Marcel Blommestijn

Marcel Blommestijn (1964) studied management science at the University of Amsterdam, and he gained his MBA at TIAS Business School. He has executed development projects for various companies, including Ahold and ING Bank. Since 1999 he has been a principal consultant on IT management level on ICT strategy and ICT/BPO sourcing. Marcel has assisted many companies in recent years on defining a sourcing strategy, supervising selection processes, executing transitions and setting up the demand-supply organization. Until late 2006, Marcel was chairman of the HR working group of Platform Outsourcing Nederland, and is much in demand as a speaker on subjects such as HR sourcing and ICT strategy. He has published many articles in his specialist field, in which he also regularly conducts research. Marcel is a partner in BlinkLane consulting and is responsible for the Sourcing Excellence Practice. |
Tom Verdaat
Tom Verdaat (1982) attended The Hague University for a Business Information Technology study and the Master of Science in Management program at Nyenrode Business University. He started his professional career as management consultant at Kirkman Company, a consultancy firm that specializes in Strategic Sourcing. Tom has executed multiple projects in different industries involving sourcing strategy and decision-making, outsourcing, offshoring, outsourcing governance and management, restructuring and change management. In 2008 he joined BlinkLane Consulting, where he focuses on IT strategy, organizational, sourcing and governance challenges.
